cogar - ireland's provinces
Learning to dance, or mastering a musical instrument is a labour of love. Undoubtedly it is often tempting to give up, when you just can't hit that note, or your fingers won't work quick enough, or your family threaten to throw you out.

What better way to boost your enthusiasm than to attend a summer school or a series of lessons where you can meet with the legends of the music world and hear their playing or dancing tips. Here we have compiled for you details on some of the different music summer schools and lessons available. The information here has been separated according to the province in which these activities take place. It has also been further divided into the categories of music lessons and dancing lessons.

Historically, Ireland has been divided into the four provinces of Connaught - Connacht, Leinster - Laighean, Munster - Mumhan and Ulster - Uladh. Connaught is located in the west of Ireland, Leinster in the east, Munster in the south and Ulster in the north.
